STATE OF PITCH 4

Wet to check on pitches on friday ? pitch 4 how did it get in such a state ,looks like a Tank has been on there this pitch may not be playable for a few weeks, i know we have had no games on ther for the last two weekends so how has it got in that state john and i dont know, can anyone shed any light on this Lets hope the weather is kind over the Christmas Break, if we had games today on pitch 4 thay would have been cancelled.

may not be CFC, don't the college still train on there?

HAVE EMAILED COLLEGE...THINK THEY ARE TRAINING ON IT...THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Emailed Nidge explanation is that I have not used them for a while for my tutor group. But on 19/12/07 a tournament was played on them I can only have a strong word when I get back which I will do. I will not use them only the grids and will kick off anybody I see on them rest assured.

Cheers for responce Pete. This could and may cause serious problems for the mini soccer fixtures over the coming weeks. As I have already pointed out, these are our pitch's marked out for junior football, not college activities. Can I ask that you also have a word re college students playing in the goal mouth of pitch 1 , which is just about recovering. Also not to use the cones as goal posts. Any news on getting the gates open for sat and sun ??? Think folk are put off the Green lane parking arrangment after the break ins!

any news on state of pitches/ as we will need to let teams know kick off times for sat, and refs if appointed, thanx
